I can't access my admin page

    Whenever I try to log into my admin page via /wp-admin, I get this:

    W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home3/wabzhg0abcnw/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home3/wabzhg0abcnw/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php:23) in /home3/wabzhg0abcnw/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1174

    I have no idea how to uninstall or re-install the plugin without admin access to my site. On top of that, my site is messed up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.
