I can’t access my admin page
-
Hello. I am trying to log into the admin page of my website which uses WordPress. It keeps saying the site can’t be reached because it’s ‘unexpectedly closed the connection.’
I dont know what this means but just recently I noticed my account was http but now its showing as https.

Hi there,
Can you please let me know your site’s address so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

Hi there,
Your site is using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, not WordPress.com, so we’re not able to help with this.
I do see the WP-Admin link for your site gives just a white screen for me, which usually means something went wrong with a plugin you’ve installed. You can find the WordPress.org support page on the most common reasons this happens and how to fix it here:

For more help troubleshooting this, please post in the WordPress.org forums that @fstat linked to above, and if you need help accessing your site’s source files via FTP you’ll need to contact your hosting provider, names.co.uk, directly.
