I can’t access my auto-renewal

    I’m trying to shut off my auto-renewal but the site just tells me I don’t have a site…..I want to cancel my account all together please.

    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling auto renewal under your account. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into disabling auto renew to the subscription purchase. What is the site URL of the site with the upgrade?
