I can't access my blog. Where can I get help?

Can’t open fightgames101.wordpress.com
I’ve used several browsers, cleared cache. No luck.
Tech chat is a paid feature here. So I just don’t know who to call or write.
What can I do to make the blog work again?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are probably not logged in under the correct username account.
You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.

That’s exactly the problem. For some time l’ve been ignoring a few people saying they can’t access my blog. But yesterday some of my avid readers couldn’t open it. It’s unacceptable.
I have full access from home. And it’s time to move to a paid host. Probably switching to wordpress.org -

Do you know if it is a specific ISP? Or anything connecting the reports other than location?
