Hi there,
It looks like the domain name vbespoke.biz was registered through Domain.com on July 03, 2013. If you registered the domain then, you’ll need to change your nameservers to the following:
- NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
If you’re not sure how, you’ll need to contact your registrar, Domain.com, for assistance.
Once your domain’s nameservers are pointed to WordPress.com, you will be able to view your WordPress.com blog at that domain. Please let me know if you have any questions about this!

thank you for your reply. I bought my domain name thought Netfirms and I ask help from them but they told me that the issue is with wordpress not with them, that I need to contact the support of WP.
I went to the website domain.com but I don’t have a user name or anything since I bought with Netfirms.
and If I go to my domains in my dashboard the domain is there vbespoke.biz but If I go to edit DNS this is what appears:
MX 30 mx.vbespoke.biz.
is this something bad? that’s why I can’t access normal?
thank you so much for your reply and I hope you can help me with this.

You purchased domain mapping here at WordPress.com, so you will see your domain appear under Store > Domains in your dashboard. However, to complete the domain mapping and use your domain with your WordPress.com site, your domain needs to be pointed to WordPress.com. You can read more about domain mapping here: Map an Existing Domain
Right now, your domain’s name servers are still pointed to Netfirms:
- NS1.NETFIRMS.COM
- NS2.NETFIRMS.COM
To use your domain with your WordPress.com site, you will need to set your name servers to the following:
- NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
This change has to be done through your domain registrar. Since you purchased the domain through Netfirms, you will need to change the name servers with them. If you need further assistance from Netfirms, you can tell them that you need to change your domain’s name servers and give them the information above.
The MX record under Edit DNS is nothing to be worried about. MX records are used to set up email service, but the records you enter in the Edit DNS section of your dashboard will not be active until you set your domain’s name servers to point to WordPress.com.
Please let me know if I can provide any further help with this.
