I can't access my paid account

  Hi, I’m paying for my domain and hosting but I’m not able to access it. I receive the payments on my PAYPAL but I don’t remember the log in details and my computer only has the details for an old account. How can I contact Customer Service!?

  Howdy,

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the site you are trying to access (iambico.com). This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to make any changes.
