I can’t access my paid wordpress account

I had a free account, then decided to create a more professional-looking website and bought a paid wordpress site. I lost the password, reset it, and now it keeps directing me to the paid account and I can’t figure out how to get to my official site. Please help!

Can you tell us the URL of the site you’re trying to access? Then we can point you to the right place to recover access.
The
lunaleoaccount you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites with us, and has never bought any paid upgrades from us. -
The url is heidiandkatibooks.com. I deleted all of the old lunaleo sites hoping that would fix things. It’s the same email address listed for those as it is for the new heidiandkatibooks site, but when I log into wordpress it is only showing the lunaleo stuff. Thanks for looking into it!
