I can't access my premium account

  I have two sites; one is the free account mayramm.wordpress.com, the other is the premium account where my URL is supposed to be transferred. I’ve been working on it throughout the week. Today I was updating a page, had to run out, and when I came home I couldn’t get back to the page. I’m paying for it, but all I can access is the free page, and the list of my pages doesn’t include my premium page mayramm.com.wordpress.com

  I can’t contact live help for some reason. I’M PAYING FOR PREMIUM. This is ridiculous.

  Note: The above blog is not the one I need help with. My premium account isn’t listed. I had it book marked, but now it just takes me to a list of the other page and subpages.
