I Can’t Access My Site On WordPress.

  • Unknown's avatar

Hello, this morning I wanted to work on my blog (I started my blog two days ago), but the page would not load. Here is the message that appeared on my screen:

Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ‘>= 7.2.5’. You are running 7.0.33.

Could you please help me? What do I do?

    Thank you very much.

  • Hi,

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.

We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Depending on the level of support that is included with your hosting plan, your webhost’s support team may also be able to assist.

If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  • This is likely an issue you’ll want to bring up with your webhost. I suspect that is the advice that the WordPress.org forum members will give you.
