  As already stated a year ago, https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/disappearing-sliders/, your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Godaddy. Nor is your site in anyway connected to your wordpress.com account.
  You can access your site at https://cosmetiqmedicine.com/wp-admin/ using the credentials you choose when you set up that site. If you need further help, post your question at https://wordpress.org/support/
