I can’t access my website/WP panel or home

    I installed and started working on my site just yesterday, today my site won’t open. I have tried the deactivating themes and plugins from cPanel but it still won’t work. Please help me giving my site back, I don’t mind if I lose the data because I just started and I can start fresh again, Just recover the site please, I’m not techy at all so I wont be able to do anything complicated. Should I delete my site and start over? my site is: saniawrites.com

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
