I can’t access the primary email for another WordPress site

    I am trying to recover my jahzyoga.com/wp-admin/ account however I Don’t have access to the primary email, I can’t find the transaction ID and the activation URL in the email is no longer valid. I need to access my old WordPress account that I was using the domain jahzyoga.com (godaddy)

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Unknown

    Please note that your site at jahzyoga.com is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted by GoDaddy. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    The account recovery instructions (that ask for activation URL or the transaction ID) are for WordPress.com sites/accounts. Because your site at jahzyoga.com is not hosted here, we aren’t the right people to help you with logging in to your site.

    Please contact GoDaddy support for assistance. The site is hosted on their servers so only they can help you with logging in.
