Sorry to hear that! I’m not able to fix it from my end since the site isn’t hosted here, but have you tried these steps?
– Check to see if you have an admin email with clues
– Ask your host to check error logs
– If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):
