  Hi @nehaddesigns, are you referring to nehaddesigns.wordpress.com? You wouldn’t be able to add plugins to a free site hosted on our servers:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  Could you confirm what site you’re referring to? Also, these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host. So if you’re referring to a copy of WordPress hosted elsewhere, here’s a link to the correct forums for self-managed sites:

  This information means that the site does not user our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

  Instead, your site at indesignegypt.com is set up on the open source WordPres.org software. Help with that version of WordPress comes from the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
