I can't acess my other account

  I have another wordpress account/profile and I can’t access my blog anymore.
  I deleted the app Authenticator and I changed my cellphone number (as I moved from USA to Brazil) and then I can’t access it anymore.
  I tried a million times already but no success.
  What can I do to have my account back?
  I really want someone from WordPress to contact me by email
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
