I can’t add a new document

    Hi, I work for a WordPress website named The Football Manc Cave and for about a month now I can only use the app to work from, when I try to upload my work from the website, I cannot even write any content, the page won’t load. Thanks, Leanne.

    Hi there,

    I assume you’re speaking of https://thefootballmancave.com/, rather than http://opinionatedlealea.wordpress.com/, correct?

    Are you able to access that site from home, if you tether your computer to your phone’s mobile data, or using free wifi at a coffee shop?

    If you can, then it means the network admins at your work is probably blocking access to that site, possibly to the entire WordPress.com platform. In that case there’s nothing we can do about that. Please contact your work’s IT department for help with that instead.
