I cant add more than 6 menu items

  I’m trying to create a nav menu and it wont let me add more than 6 items. I tried doing it through customize > menus and it lets me but then wont publish. Please i’ve been struggling with this for hours now

  I do not see any sites under your @trexellstore WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  It sounds like you are referring to a WordPress site on another provider. I would be able to see any ‘unlaunched’ sites on your account with us, but as I mentioned earlier you seem to not have any sites hosted on WordPress.com. Instead it sounds like you have a site hosted on an outside web hosting company instead.

  To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and outside web hosting companies also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

  We are not able to assist with locally hosted sites, as they use a different version of WordPress from what we offer here on WordPress.com.

  You are welcome to ask here however, since localhost sites use the free open-source version of WordPress that is downloaded at wordpress.org (not wordpress.com)
