I can’t cancel my domain mapping

    Dear Madam or Sir, I could not find any option in my account setting/managing purchases to cancel my domain mapping plan. Therefore I canceled the transaction through the Paypal. I would be thankful if you help me locate the option to cancel and manage the domain mapping at least for the future.

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here does not currently own any upgrades on WordPress.com. What is the domain that you are trying to cancel?

    Therefore I canceled the transaction through the Paypal.

    Please note that by disputing a charge with PayPal you are effectively accusing us of fraud, and doing that causes your site to be locked, prevents us from refunding you, and levies a chargeback fine against your account.
