I can’t change my comment setting

  hi every my one name is Ben

  I have a problem with my comment theme I try to change “will not be published” in to thai word but when I update it it’s not appear in thai (it’s stay the same) and I try to remove the code below and it’s not thing happen

  my Question is why can’t it be update ?is there any setting I have to change ?
