I can’t change the URL on a web page

  I updated a web page and it changed the URL (added ‘-2’ at the end of the link). Now when I try to update the URL (Permalink) to remove the -2, it won’t save my changes.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and was only created yesterday.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/ instead.
