I Can't Comment On Blogs

I can’t comment on any blogs. My friends blogs I can even comment on. I just removed the commentluv off because I think it was causing the problems. But just tried to comment on my friends blog with a picture He asked me too and nothing. If my account user name prosperpursuitmedia and email (email visible only to moderators and staff) is being flagged please help to get it corrected.

Are you logged into your WordPress.com account when you attempt to comment on another WordPress.com site? Can you comment on your own WordPress.com site, if you have one?

Okay it went through. Akismet placed into spam. I have never spammed anyones blog. I typically only comment on peoples blog I know or follow. I only comment were I feel welcomed too. How do I get my account out of the akismet spam folders

Akismet still blocking me as spam, Even on my blog! I’m self hosted and never had this issue before. Looked through all my settings looked through all recent comments on other blogs. I can’t figure this out.

Hi there,
Do you have WP-reCAPTCHA or some other anti-spam plugin enabled? I would disable that plugin or any similar plugin that may be causing the problem and see if that helps.

I have tried everything. I spent all day yesterday trying to solve the problem. But I was told and spent some series time on this forum. It looks like Akismet/wordpress has to do something on their end. I am not a spammer and I even hurt my site by removing commentluv and deleted my most recent comments.

If your comments are still ending up in owner’s spam filter, you’ll need to contact Akismet support to see if they can look further into your issue:
Be sure to click the radio button that says, I think Akismet is catching my comments by mistake.
Fill out the rest of the required fields and our Akismet support staff should be able to assist you as soon as possible.
