I can't confirm my blog because i entered the wrong address by mistake

    I opened a new wordpress blog for a work related website. I entered the wrong email adress so I couldn’t confirm it. When I tried to change the email for the correct one through wordpress settings, it said that I had to go to the first email to confirm the change, which I obviously couldn’t do.

    With hope of getting it back, I decided to delet de blog and start over with the correct email. Now I’m reading that you can’t recover URLs.
    I need Help with this please.
    I’m writing from my own personal wordpress account.

    Please provide both the incorrect and correct email addresses here. The software will redact them IE. hide them so only Staff can view them. Then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help.     Hi there,

    You can enter the correct email address in your account settings. That will send a confirmation email to the new, correct email address. You can click the confirmation link in that email to complete the change.

    If that process doesn’t work for you, please let me know.

    However, deleting a blog is permanent and can’t be undone — as mentioned in the warnings when you delete the blog, the site’s address is deactivated and can’t be used again. You’ll need to choose a new, unique address if you’d like to create a new site.
