I cant connect my site suddenly

  I cant connect my site suddenly …..
  I use wordpress bitnami in google cloud, it works before for my site, and I installed woocommerce as well, but then I cant login or connect to my site.
  I checked on google cloud itseems connecting.

  I dun no wts going on.
  anyone can help?
