I can't connect to my worpress account

  Hello my name is Guadalupe Focil. I have been trying to connect to my wordpress account: guadalupediet.wordpress.com. Everytime a customer contacts us through guadalupediet.wordpress.com we receive an email to (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  When we try to connect with this email is sending us to a new wordpress account that is @guadalupediet379243981, instead of guadalupediet.wordpress.com.

  We need to get back our guadalupediet.wordpress.com account. We need to connect to the back office so we can do changes, upgrades and keep writing articles. The phone number promoted in the guadalupe.wordpress.com account is (phone redacted) and the email that is advertized is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Both the email and the phone number belongs to us. All the hard work that we have put into guadalupe.wordpress.com is thrown into waste if we cannot keep upgrading the website. Please help us resolve this issue since it’s been a long time that we have been trying to connect unsuccesfully to the back office. You can contact us, we can provide any information that you need in order to get my worpress: guadalupe.wordpress.com.

  Hi there, the guadalupediet.wordpress.com site is on the ladietadeguadalupe user account, which has a different email associated with it.

  The guadalupediet379243981 account has the email that you mentioned.

  To access the guadalupediet.wordpress.com site, log out of this account and log in with the ladietadeguadalupe account.

  If you do not have the password for that account, you can use the lost password link and then check the email that is associated with the account for the reset link.

  Hi. I’m Carol Zechlin and I am so “green” at setting up my site that I almost can’t communicate. I do have a domain with the address: spelunkinggodsword.net. It is registered through domains.google.com. The header on my home page is Carol’s Word Treasures. Here’s my problem: I have been working (very slowly) thru the Word Press University daily program. I want to work on my desk top Mac, but cannot VOLITIONALLY bring up my site. The only way I can bring up my page is by following the email WordPress.com Learning the Fundamentals Day One, Day Two, etc. BUT, I do not understand AT ALL how to go back and find the “working page,” the page where you do all your entry data–the page I was working on BEFORE I hit “publish”. Please help me to connect myself up with my website, work pages, etc.
