I can’t connect woocommerce to Alibaba

  Hi I am trying to connect my store in woocommerce with Alibaba plug in but it won’t let me, once I get to the page to approve the connection it goes back to the WP dashboard asking me if I want to connect and in loop I have repeated the action but no joy.

  The site I need help with is kaputopia.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.
