I can't create a new blog, and checked everything

  hello folks!
  I’m trying to create a new blog, and the button “create” is still gray.
  I checked Java, Flash, activate http, emptied cache, activated cookies, tried with chrome (I’m actually with firefox). I tried everything. But the damn button is still gray…. and nothing happens when I click it.

  1) have you confirmed your account via the email confirmation? You can’t publish any posts or start any new blogs till you do.

  2) do you have any blogs here that are suspended? You can’t create any new blogs till you have brought the existing ones into alignment with the Terms of Service.

  Email confirmed, I already have a blog that is running smooth for 4 years.

  The blog is not suspended.
