I can’t customize my blog through the desktop app.

    I used to be able to customize my site through the desktop version but lately I constantly have problems. I am using the latest version of the app, I reinstalled it but nothing changed. What should I do?

    I am able to do it through the browser, but there’s another profile that is logged in. It just buggs me, because the app is so more comfortable than the browser version. My app is the latest version that can be downloaded through the site 3-8-0. The problem is that I can’t customize my blog and the only msg I see is “Sorry, the customizing tools did not load correctly”. I can see the themes but I can’t load the customize tool itself.

    Hi there,

    So the problem is with loading the Customizer in the desktop app?

    This could be a problem with the connection, that the Customizer in the app cannot properly connect to our servers.

    Please try restarting your computer, and also unplug your modem/router for a few seconds to clear its connection cache. If possible, also see if it helps to try a different internet connection.

    If that doesn’t work, try clearing your computer’s DNS cache – how you do this would depend on your exact operating system, so please search online for the correct instructions.
