I can’t delete a custom theme because it never expires.

    I am trying to delete my old site. However, it says I need to manage my purchases first. When I go into that section, it shows that I have a custom theme but it is one that you pay for once and it doesn’t expire. Thus, I can’t delete it – there is no delete option. Anyone know what to do in this case?

    Is the site listed above (and set to private) the one with the Premium theme? A member of staff is required to delete a never-expiring theme. Although the title of your thread is clear enough I have added the modlook tag to ensure someone from staff assists you in due course.
