I Can't Delete a URL site I created.

  https://nebbitfamily.wordpress.com/ is not under the account you are contacting us from which is why you cannot delete it. You must be logged in under the owner of the account in order to delete the site.

  What do I do if I am the owner, but I forgot the User Name and Password for that account or URL??

  Hi there,

  What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.
