I can't disconnect Jetpack of an old blog

  Hello.

  I can’t disconnect Jetpack of an old blog. The domain still exists but there is no WordPress installation there.
  After disconnecting Jetpack (via https://wordpress.com/sites/) and reloading the page the blog appears again.
  Could you please help me?
