  I am trying to install wordpress through siteground but I’m given this message – > Failed to install WordPress on valya.co.uk/undefined. Client dir is not empty, possibly containing a website

  We can’t help you as you are trying to download the open source wordpress.org. their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/.

  You may also want to contact Siteground support as they may be able to help you with installing WordPress on their servers.

  To clarify, this forum is for WordPress.com sites. Any WordPress sites hosted elsewhere are using the WordPress.org software. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
