I can’t enter my site

I can’t enter my site to manage or fix anything there. All I see is a ‘coming soon’ banner which appears to people who try to enter my site, but I can’t enter my site as an owner myself. Please try to fix this problem

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
