i can’t even recover without the id information

    I work with a computer guy who says links are broken. I was just updating photos and now they disappeared after they were there in the updates. refreshed today and they were gone.

    The site I need help with is http://www.therivergembnb.com. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Since we aren’t managing it, I can’t quite see what’s happened here, though for what it’s worth, I can see the images.

    Are you using therivergembnb.com/wp-admin to log in?

    If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
    https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

    As long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access, then ask about backups, etc. as needed. You might also get some help in updating your site if other things require updates.

    Then, if you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support , since these forums are for the free sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Or, once this is resolved (we wouldn’t have access to previous backups) you’d be welcome to transfer the site to our services so we can provide direct support and maintenance for you going forward.
