I can't export my wordpress backups

Whenever I try to export a backup file on wordpress by XML file, when I click on the “Download Export File” button, this error message shows.
This webpage is not found
No webpage was found for the web address: http://anhbasam.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php?mm_start=all&mm_end=all&author=all&export_taxonomy%5Bcategory%5D=0&export_post_type=all&export_post_status=all&submit=Download+Export+File&download=true
Error 6 (net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND): The file or directory could not be found.This problem started occurring a few days ago and still has not been resolved.

That’s rather odd. Can you tell us which browser (and version of) you’re using, and also which country you’re browsing from?
