I can’t figure out how to cancel my woocommerce

The pandemic decimated our business and we have since cancelled our hosting plan with Bluehost and the google business account our email services ran through. I forgot that the WooCommerce billing went through WordPress and not our Bluehost account and did not get it cancelled so I’m trying to do that now and get the $129 that was billed to my account yesterday refunded.
