  I can’t find ‘ADD NEW’ in sidebar plugins, is because I dont have permission to it? I have to buy the domain samiluoreview.com something like this? Thanks. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  You must be reading support documents that relate to WordPress.org. You can’t install your own plugins here at WordPress.com even if you upgrade to a paid plan.

  That isn’t allowed here at WordPress.com either. There are limits on what you can do with a site hosted here. WordPress.com offers WordAds if you upgrade to a Premium plan or have a site with high traffic.

  If you host your own site elsewhere and use the WordPress.org software you can have Google AdSense and as many adverts as you like.
