I can't find Domain Administration anywhere in Domains

Instructions to transfer a domain to another registrar are not helping because no where on Domains or anywhere in Store can I find an area called Domain Administration. And I’ve looked in other areas to see if it was labeled in correctly but I have completely unable to move forward on this task. Very frustrated!
