I can’t find my blog, and my blog was marked as not a private connection.

A couple of days ago, I tried to go into my admin page to work on setting up my blog. When I tried to pull it up I got a page that said:

I tried to sign into my blog on WordPress. When I did, it said I did not have a website. I am wondering if the problem might be the email. When I set the website, I believe I registered it under a different email. Then, I decided I wanted to put it under a different email. I also changed my admin username as well.
Can you help me recover my website?
Also, can you help resolve the issue with the connection not being private and the NET:ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID issue?Thank you!
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
