I can’t find my domain

  Hi there everybody,

  I can’t find my domain in my user dashboard, even though I have PayPal receipts with transaciton IDs showing I bought it from WordPress. When I went through the recovery form, I was told the receipt isn’t valid. What’s going on? How can I get access to my domain?

  I do not need help with slayback.wordpress.com – the support ticket added that without my permission. I need help with zakslayback.com.

  zakslayback.com is owned by another WordPress.com account, which is why you are unable manage it whilst logged in as zslayback. Please try logging out of WordPress.com and log back in as zakmac12 instead.
