I can’t find my old site!

    Hello! I paid for a domain for years that hosted a WordPress site. It expired a while back and I restored the domain so now it’s mine again, but now I have no idea where my site went! I can’t seem to find it on wordpress either, though it would have been associated with this email.

    Can you please help me? A lot of my work was on that site!!!

    Hi there,

    What is the domain? The account you’re using to post here has never owned any domains on WordPress.com.

    If you were using this domain at another hosting provider, you’ll need to contact them directly for help – they’re the only people who might still have a backup of your site on their servers.

    But if the site was not hosted with us on WordPress.com there’s nothing we can do to help, as we never had any access at all to your site’s content in that case.
