  I can’t find my plug ins, super cache, and theme settings. I have the premium bundle, and i want to cancel it because these things are missing and i am having a hard time doing my site

  Those three items are features of self-hosted WordPress.org sites. While similar, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  I would be happy to help you with a refund if that is what you would prefer.

  Thanks, I all ready canceled it . Now I am having problems logging in to the WordPress.org site. I clicked the button that said to reset password and it said it would send me an email and I still have not received it. Can you help me with this.

  I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble. But I’m afraid that I do not have access to the WordPress.org account system.

  However, do keep in mind that the systems are different and you will need to create an account over there. Your WordPress.com login information will not work on WordPress.org.
