Hi! I manage multiple clients WordPress accounts. I’m looking for the help icon that’s referred to a WordPress customer support article I was reading, but can’t find it…I have a question relating to plugins. Can someone help me figure out how to live chat? Thanks!

Livechat support is available at WordPress.com if the sites in question are actually hosted here at WordPress.com (and have upgraded plans not free plans).
Note that here at WordPress.com plugins can only be added to sites using the Business plan or above.
