i can't find the website i paid for

    Hi There,

    On Nov 24th I was charged $47.88 for a WordPress plan on my credit card and I registered a site that would be alinaeanghel.me. I couldn’t find the right theme, so I dropped it for that day. Now I logged in to continue working on my new website but I can’t find it. All the website’s attached to my account say I have a free plan despite having paid.

    Hi @booksvsbrain, that domain isn’t registered currently and as far as I can tell, it never was registered here. If you’d like to double check it for typos I can check again.

    Or, if you’ll head to wpchrg.com and enter the relevant details, we can look up the charge that way and help you find the correct account, as I don’t see any history of purchases on this account.
