  hello, i would like to cancel my domain and get a refund. i’m trying to do so with my account but you guys keep telling me i seem to not be the owner of the domain i would like to cancel. i definitely am, and i would like you to cancel it. thank you.

  If you’re referring to lickingthevoid.co.uk, it looks like you have already cancelled it.

  The refund left our account today, and depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
