I can’t get access to my site!

Every time I got to http://www.sophieluxton.com/wp-admin to update my website, I click on ‘new password’ and enter in both an email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and my username, both of which are accepted. The problem is, I never get an email back allowing me to change my password. I have done the process about 7 times over the last few weeks. So I have no access to my site. Please help!

Hi! We don’t have access to that site as it isn’t hosted here with us, but perhaps we can point you in the right direction.
First, I’d recommend checking with your email provider first — are they spamming that or putting it in some bulk folder?
Then check with your host to be sure the emails are leaving their server.
And if that still doesn’t help, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
