  What is the address of the site you need help with?

  If it was created with self hosted WordPress.org software, please contact your host for help with retrieving the login details. The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post for help if you need any more help after speaking to your host.

  I can check where the site is hosted if you aren’t sure.
