I can’t get in touch with livechat on a weekday?

  OK so you don’t do phone support, and my livechat doesn’t work. So it sends an email, but doesn’t give me a confirmation. Or it points me to a support forum.

  What the hell! I have over 5 sites with you, who of which are definitely business pro plans. I need this fixed NOW. My site is having issues and I need help.

  You aren’t the only one who needs Chat support, so it’s possible live chat isn’t available, https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/#live-chat-support

  I don’t see any paid plans under your account.

  We only offer live chat support to our paid customers, with priority given to the higher plans: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  I also only see one site under your account, and it’s under a free plan.

  Maybe you’re logged in to the wrong account?

  What is the URL of one of those five sites?
