I cant get into my account. It says I have no sites but I have been publishing for 13 years

I could have two emails in my account. I have gone into both and reset passwords and both say I do not have a site. I have been using WordPress for a long time

Thank you very much for coming back to me. I went to that site and as soon as I started typing it sent me into a set of scripts none of which helped. There has got to be a human being somewhere that can be reached by phone. This is beyond frustrating because I have no way to access my blogs and I am more than concerned about my library which I have been paying to continue. Really upset for a 76 year old
