I can’t get into my active website and instead I am sent to a ‘free’ site

1. I need to separate the two different sites, get rid of the free, and gain access to my webpage that I have been paying for. Account Recovery does not seem to work for me.
I am not receiving in response from a real person at ‘WordPress–Help’ This is a Catch 22 of dealing with my issues.
