I can’t get into my website

    I enter bobbushnell.com/wp-admin and cloudflare gives me error 525. I can’t get in to start my new website.
    On my older website: I enter minnetonkamusic.com/wp-admin and I get a white page that doesn’t load? What happened? WordPress kept telling me to update something from my host. I finally got that updated and now all my pages are gone and I can’t seem to start over. WP gives me this message: ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ but there is nothing in my email (I checked junk also).

    My wife’s website seems to be fine, so far.
    So I have 3 websites, but under ‘purchases’ it says I don’t have any???

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Sorry to hear that! It sounds like these two sites have different errors, likely from being out of date. And as the sites aren’t hosted with us, we most likely can’t help much. But here are a few ideas:

    – First, on the blank-screen one, try another browser to see if that makes any difference. If it does, you can troubleshoot browser issues. If not, continue with the next steps

    – Check to see if you have an admin email with clues

    – Ask your host to check error logs

    – If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):

    – Ask your host to help you restore a good backup
